I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding job you did for us back in 2011. The major renovation in Richmond Hill was our first renovation, and you left no corner untouched. The love and attention given to each detail were remarkable.
You even addressed areas not visible to us, such as deteriorated insulation in the top corners between floors, reinforced the joists, and tightened the subfloor to prevent future squeaking. You checked all the walls for air leaks and fixed any issues to ensure the best energy efficiency.
No one could believe that our old and smelly shack could become the best house on the street, and it still is!

Incredible service! About a year ago, my daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Konstantin and his team to install a new kitchen in the basement. We received a few quotes from different contractors, but Konstantin's approach was the most attentive. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and offered us a competitive price while working within our tight deadline. The experience was so delightful! Not only did he keep his word and stick to the deadlines (which is rare in this industry), but he also shared his knowledge and guided us in making the right decisions regarding design, technical aspects, appliances, and more. We were so grateful to have such confidence in our decisions since the context was so well-explained, and it was clear that he had our best interests at heart. We are honestly amazed by the kind of service we received, as we have had some truly awful contractors in the past. The kitchen turned out beautifully, and we were extremely happy with the recommendations. He truly went above and beyond, showing genuine care for his craft. On top of that, they helped us change over the old air conditioner and heating system for a very reasonable price.

This was the BEST renovation experience we could have hoped for! Anelon did a full condo renovation for us, including the removal of all bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, some walls, as well as pot light installation.
Anelon team were wonderful throughout the whole process, from planning to demolition work to the final result. The renovation went seamlessly as Konstantin organized and oversaw all stages of the work. He returned calls quickly and was always available to answer any questions and concerns. He also offered suggestions on design, materials, and finishes.
The renovation was completed within 8 weeks, as discussed at the beginning of the project, and we were able to stay within our budget. Everything was beautifully done with attention to detail. 1.5 years later, everything in the condo still looks and functions as if it were brand new. We are extremely happy with the end result and can't thank Konstantin enough for making our renovation a stress-free experience!

In early 2020, we purchased a 40-year-old house. A complete overhaul of the old building had to be done during the first two months of the quarantine when everything was a problem. A professional team undertook the challenge and delivered as expected and on time. Many internal changes were engineered; to name a few, they included an open-concept kitchen and master bathroom installation, an internal garage door, the reinstallation of all stairs and floors, the replacement of old pipes and vents, etc. Special attention was paid to choosing the best value vendors and materials. It has now been three years in service, and everything looks and works as if it were brand new.
